    Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $275K in Toms River, NJ.

    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Pine Beach, NJ.
    Virginia sent us several emails with local houses. All of which were in the area we were lookin for as well as within our budget. This way we could preview them online first. Once we found our house she showed it to us. She guided us from start to finish.     As a single mom, I have made Real Estate my full time career.  I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2006.  I also have 14 years experience in varied sales management, and recently left my full time job in property management to care for my 2 small children.  During my time as a property manager, I  acquired a lot of experience in the rental aspect of real estate.  I have also worked with a lot of first time home buyers and understand the stress, commitment and dream of buying your first home.  I am able to guide my clients from point a to z with every question or concern regarding the entire home purchasing process.  

    You are in good hands.  I am happy to say that I can refer to my past clients as friends, and take pride in my honest and fair dealings with every person in come in contact with.  If you are looking for an agent with extensive knowledge of the area, my property management experience was in Brick Town, and I currently reside in Point Pleasant Beach.  I have sold and rented homes from Little Egg Harbor up to Point Pleasant Beach, and also have been doing a lot of work currently in Monmouth county.
