Virginia helped me to get my condo set up for a sale. She provided me with the names of people to do work on the place. She also provided me the name of an excellent painter who also just happened to live in my condo complex. The condo went on sale over a weekend and it was sold the same weekend. I am sure without all of her hard work to get it ready it would not have sold so fast. I had moved to Sacramento so she oversaw all the work and helped me a great deal by doing that
