Why is my home not listed???

Answer
It is not a direct feed from the MLS to Zillow or many other sites. Your agent will need to post to it. Ask them to use postlets.com and it will feed to several of the additional sites that the MLS does not feed to. It gives your home additional exposure but I have never received the actual buyer for any of my listings from zillow directly. I'm sure it does happen but usually buyers have access to the other feeds too.

No information is listed for my home, but all my neighbors are listed - how do I address this?

Answer
I would guess they were for sale in the last couple of years and were posted when they were initially on the market and still show up now. I don't think there is any other way to get your information on Zillow except when your house is listed for sale.

Looking to buy home and have two rental properties. One I have been renting out or 10 years, the 2n

Answer
I have also heard a year history is required. I would check a few banks  or mortgage companies to see if anyone else has more flexibility but they might not. Good luck!

Should I trust the FHA Streamline refinancing mail that I receive in the mail?

Answer
I would receommend going to a local branch and asking if they can beat it too. In a lot of cases they can and if not try another bank or mortgage company because they all have different programs they can offer.

Answer
The listings that appear are ones that have been posted to Zillow. Is your house for sale? Your agent may need to upload it.

How can i get an agent for the buyer side?

Answer
You can defintely still choose any agent of your liking.  I would hope they informed you that they represented the seller when you walked in to the open house, as is usually required by law.  It is in your best interest to have your own agent but you can work with the sellers agent if you choose to do so.

Builder try to back out of a contract

Answer
Usually if it is in writing signed by all legal parties it is legally binding but you should have a lawyer look at it to verify.  The broker is responsible for the agent... in NH it is implied that the broker knows everything the agent does (even it is not relayed properly to the broker).

The wrong property address was used when I I obtained flood insurance and closed on my house. Valid?

Answer
I've never heard of this happening before but can see how a mistake can cause major trouble. I would call the title company or a lawyer and see what legal action you can take to fix it.  Did you get title insurance? If so, maybe it will cover the mistake...

We have an affiliated mortgage company, Melody Mortgage through our office located in Hudson, NH.  If you email Ken Ziehm and ken@howkenihelpyou.com he would be happy to give you an estimate for your loan and answers any questions you may have.  Good luck!
