Sold a home in 2011.
Vito initially represented a potential buyer for our property. We were so impressed with his expertise and professionalism that we hired him when our original listing expired. Vito was very instrumental in selling in our house. Renee and I highly recommend Vito if you are looking for an agressive,smart agent who will hustle to get the deal done. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Vail, AZ.
Vito does his homework and keeps everyone well-informed. He handled a short-sale for us and was careful to communicate at critical stages of the process. He always follows up with a phone call or email expediting the process. He is well-known by key people in the business and knows who to contact to get answers

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Marana, AZ.
I met Vito after I had already been looking for a house for over a year. He ended all my frustrations by aggressively seeking the kind of house I was looking for. He was able to find a fantastic deal on a move-in ready house, negotiated on my behalf when we ran into some snags, and was immediately responsive to any requests I had. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Tucson, AZ.
Vito was fantastic! We wanted to sell our home via a short sale and knew that it would be very difficult to get the short sale approved. Vito stepped up to the challenge, lined up all the right people, and sold our home! Throughout the entire process he was extremely insightful, professional, and attentive. We picked Vito for our short sale because he was listed as a short sale expert and had good reviews. Boy, are we glad we did! Vito was the perfect agent. He walked us through the complicated process, got back to us immediately when we called, checked up on us frequently, and helped us handle the multiple offers we got. The photographer he hired put up such a nice website that we started getting calls when we had our house listed well above market, and our final selling price was more than we owed. My wife and I would recommend Vito in a heartbeat.
