Bought a home in 2010.
I highly recommend Vivian Todd as a realtor. She is smart and one of the most genuine people I've ever met and she knows Beaumont! I never take the time to write reviews like this so that is a testament to how great she is! She goes above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways. She even came to my daughter's school on special friend's day because we were new in town and didn't know anyone yet. I just can't say enough good about her. Wonderful, wonderful person. Five stars! Showed home in 2010 in Amelia, Beaumont, TX 77707.
Vivian is an absolute pleasure to work with, and has fantastic knowledge of our area and the homes available. Most importantly, she listens carefully to what you are looking for and then custom-tailors her showings to you. My medical practice uses her to show prospective recruits around the area, and without exception I hear positive feedback from each recruit.

vivian was great took the time to put up with us and all our concerns "wish they all were like this " best in beaumont texas 5 stars . we had another agent when we first arrived to look in beaumont that did not work for the customer.when we found a listing of vivians she came right over no hassles and no delays we wouldn't switch back now or ever.
