We recently worked with Mr. Wade Sturdivant, a realtor with I-Agent Realty Inc., to purchase our new home in Virginia. I-Agent offers 2% cash-back to home buyers, which was a nice bonus for us. Despite being inexpensive we felt I-Agent and Wade delivered exceptional service. Wade was professional and displayed extreme competence throughout the entire home buying experience. He was responsive to our concerns and shepherded the buying process from home inspection to closing. We appreciate all of his efforts and the fact that our closing went so smoothly.
