Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175K in Arlington, TN.
Laura brought one of her clients to purchase our home that we were selling FSBO. She was exceedingly knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Because we were selling FSBO, she did all of the paperwork and made everything on our end an absolute breeze! Recently, I have been in contact with Laura about selling our current home, and she has responded to all of my emails quickly. In addition, she is very personable and kind. I would certainly recommend The Wallace Team to anyone!

Laura Wallace made my home buying process amazing. She was always a phone call or email away. She always responded quickly to my inquiries and request. She was also willing to go to bat with both my lender and the seller for me when it came to issues with the home inspection and repairs. Having her as my realtor was definitely a great decision. You can't go wrong with hiring her.

Laura was fantastic. I was blown away by her responsiveness and eagerness to teach a first time home buyer. She took me by the hand and led me through the entire process. Laura's exhibited great patience in dealing with all my questions, set backs, all the road blocks that came our way. Lastly, Laura was extremely sweet and treated us like family. We'd been taking this journey together and she led us to the finish line. We're very happy we chose her.

Even though the process of selling your home can be a difficult one, Laura expertly guided us through it. Many times we were out of town when we had showings and with little more than a phone call, she would come and make sure the house was open and bright. Her tips and advice were welcomed and they paid off: We sold our home in two months and for $15,000 more than a competing realtor advised us to list for!
