I contacted Maria for help in locating a commercial property in downtown Washington that I was veryVERY interested in purchasing, but her sense of urgency was lacking. Even after the property was taken off the market by the owner, she never contacted me to let me know. I found out on my own. The kicker now is that after several months, she called me today! Telling me she has a "possible" property that "might" be listed.. What?! Anyways, I will not be dealing with her in acquiring a property, ever! She didn't even talked about the one commercial property I was so willing to buy. Browser ABZ, CA
I am so sorry I didn't meet your expectations. I do my best to help my clients and the only payment I receive it is commission at the closing of a transaction, so of course I want to sell properties! I spent many hours working on this transaction on your behalf as your agent. It is unfortunate that the seller could not accept your offer and subsequently took the property off the market, which we DID discuss he would be doing at the end of his term with his agent. I would not have felt comfortable in pushing you to pay more than you were willing to spend; I expected you would tell me if you wanted to submit another offer when we spoke about other properties. The property I called you about today is something that you had mentioned you would be very interested in during the months that we worked together. I called you as a courtesy and certainly didn't mean to offend you. I wish you much luck and sincerely hope you are able to find a property that meets your needs.
