Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Saint Petersburg, FL.
Mark and Diane did a wonderful job of keeping my husband and I informed during the entire process of selling our property. They were always quick to answer our questions and reassure us along the way. Because of them, my son is now growing up in an environment we always hoped for!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Holiday Park, Saint Petersburg, FL.
Diane was a pleasure to work with. We live in NY and didn't find what we wanted the 1st time we traveled to Florida. Diane explained the market to us and only showed us what met our needs. We traveled back a second time and then found what we wanted. During the process she was patient, provided us with sound advice without trying to sway us towards one house over another and in the end helped us negotiate the deal that was right for us. Diane is a true professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone with experience and to assist in making the right decision on a home purchase.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Patrician Point, Saint Petersburg, FL.
I would give Mark and Diane a 5 start rating in every respect. They helped both me and my son out of a very difficult and depressing situation. Since then they have assisted many friends.
They are very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate business. I was personally in the business for 12 years so I truly know professionalism when I see it. It was very refreshing to have your calls returned timely and all your questions and fears answered. I would highly recommend them to absolutely anyone.
