Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $50K in Citrus Springs, FL.
We had the good fortune to have Wayne Hemmerich as our realtor when trying to short sale our property. It took over 3 years for the bank to finally agree to a resolution, but throughout this process, Mr. Hemmerich remained motivated to accomplish the sale for us to the very end. He was very knowledgeable and professional which helped us to remain confident during this period.
