Sold a home in 2013.
WAYNE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT AS AN AGENT FOR THE SALE OF OUR HOME AND THE SALE OF SEVERAL RENTAL PROPERTIES. HE HAS SHOWED US HOMES THAT HE THOUGHT WE WOULD BE INTERESTED IN AND ALWAYS HAS TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. HE IS ONE OF THE FEW REAL ESTATE AGENTS WE HAVE USED THAT IS HONEST AND SINCERE IN HIS DEALINGS WITH US. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL, NOT A PART TIME AGENT.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $50K in Citrus Springs, FL.
We had the good fortune to have Wayne Hemmerich as our realtor when trying to short sale our property. It took over 3 years for the bank to finally agree to a resolution, but throughout this process, Mr. Hemmerich remained motivated to accomplish the sale for us to the very end. He was very knowledgeable and professional which helped us to remain confident during this period. In spite of his busy schedule, we were always able to contact him with questions and he was always diligent in returning phone calls or keeping us updated. He is a very honest and hardworking individual and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the services of a realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Beverly Hills, FL.
Just purchased a foreclosed home, which is a pretty lengthy and detailed process. Wayne kept on top of things and worked very hard to see the deal go through. He is a person of great integrity and someone I would trust to handle any transaction. Wayne is efficient, organized, and extremely honest in his work. I will use his services again anytime the need is there, to buy or sell.

I would highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking to buy a home. I bought a home with his assistance at the end of 2010. He was extremely patient as he showed me many homes even late evenings due to my hectic work schedule. Wayne knew the type of home I was looking for and found the perfect home for me. He is very dependable, honest and hard working. He answered all of my questions and returned calls promptly even after his working hours. Wayne even helped my through my closing as I do not have family in the area that could help me through the details! Thanks again Wayne!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $500K in Crystal River, FL.
I found out through some on my friends bad experiences, that when you purchase real estate in a town that you are unfamiliar with, the first thing you do is find a good real estate agent. I started scouting out Crystal River in late January 2011, to see if it would be a place I would be interested in relocating and what houses were available. I had no intention of moving so quickly, but fell in love with the very first house Wayne Hemerick showed me. We closed last Friday. The entire process took just two months from the time I fist saw the house to receiving the keys. Not only did he locate the house, he directed me to a good banker for the loan, assisted me with inspections and even met with the sink hole inspector, since I was out of state. After the closing he even followed me to the new house and helped unload my car! Now tell me if you can beat that!!!!!!! I would highly recommend Wayne. He is very honest, knowledgable and easy to work with. I feel really good about my purchase and how smooth everything went for me, even with the loan process this day and time being what it is!!! Thanks Wayne, job well done. Have a drink on me with that commission check!!!!!!!!!

Bought a home in 2011.
We met Wayne in August 2010 when we contacted him through Zillow about a short sale listed in Crystal River. At the time, we told him that we were merely curious and not really very serious about purchasing. He scheduled the showing, and then took the time to answer our questions and take us around the area to give us an idea of what was available in the area. We did put in an offer, and Wayne advised us throughout the process. Although the short sale property did not work out, we asked him to show us other homes available in the area. He compiled a comprehenisve list of properties and spent an entire day showing us a variety of homes. We have purchased one of them. Throughout the entire process, Wayne's familiarity with the area, good business sense and responisveness to our questions and concerns along the way made the process of buying a home we love even more enjoyable. Not only is he incredibly competent at what he does, Wayne is one of the most genuinely nice people we have encountered in any field in a long time.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Homosassa, FL.
Wayne is a hard working realtor. He is very devoted to his customers to find their needs and wants. He is very honest and dependable. He also sold a house for us in 2001. Up to date with all the latest ins and outs of realestate. Would highly recommed using Wayne for either selling or buying a house.
