Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $1.3M in La Jolla, La Jolla, CA.

Bought a home in 2012.
I never thought I would get such good service from a realtor or an agent. I had just tried to rent/buy a place and had experienced the help of 3 different realtors and offices and found a total lack of expertise, attention to detail and communication with me. I then ran into Charles at an open house and thought, "Wow, this guy really knows his stuff!"
Within a week I had switched to him, and within another week I bought a new place - one I would have never seen or considered without him. I haven't purchased a new house in many many years and was a little concerned about the procedure, but Charles walked me through every single step of the way with great advice and a soothing, comforting attitude. He arranged for every step to be taken, right through to completion.
I wish we could clone Charles and I'll bet you the home market would suddenly improve and the whole country would be in much better shape.…More Less
