Weichert, Realtors - Columbus Associates is a family owned company that I have been apart of since December 2000. Starting in an administrative capacity I learned the behind the scenes work involved in the day to day business of buying and selling real estate. I received my Sales Associate license in 2004 and my Broker license in 2006. I have been trained by WRRI for assisting relocating Buyers and Sellers which is my main focus. I am also an office Mentor, guiding new agents in the correct ways to assist their clients. Since becoming licensed I have been awarded for top sales for my office and at a regional and national level in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. In 2007 I reached the Ambassador's
Level, (second highest awards level nationally), and received the top Listing Agent Award, (both in number of homes and homes sold that I listed), for the Northeast Broker Council, (which at the time covered along the east coast from Florida to Virginia). In 2008 I reached my highest level of sales with over four million in real estate sold. I received several awards in 2008 including the Northeast Broker Council's Top Overall Sales Associate Award. I have been North Carolina's NUMBER ONE Listing Agent for Weichert since 2007.
I believe that it is my dedication to preserving the integrity of my profession and the commitment to quality service that I and Weichert, Realtors have that has led me to such success. I pride myself in being apart of the next step of my clients' lives of either finding their new home
or selling their existing home. It is truly an honor to be allowed into such a personal event.
I was originally born in Boston, MA, but I have lived in the Raleigh area since 1994. I have watched our community grow and flourish into the thriving place that it is today and hope to be apart of that growth for many years to come.
