My service philosophy has remained unchanged for over 10 years! It is my commitment to not just meet the expectations of my clients...but to AMAZE them!
My real estate career started in property management during the mid 1990's. I earned my Bachelor of Business Degree in 1999 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, specializing in Marketing. Soon after, I became licensed with a large local real estate firm and fast became one of the top realtors at that company.
I aligned my business with the RE/MAX organization in 2004. RE/MAX gives me the tools, systems and advanced education opportunities that only a large International real estate company can offer. They give me exactly what I need to best serve my clients.
Since I joined, I have earned Awards in the RE/MAX Executive Club (2008) President's Club(2004) and 100% Club (2005, 2006, 2007). In January 2006, I was promoted to Office Manager. My true accomplishments, however, are in helping others with their real estate dreams. My clients appreciate my commitment to a high level of service, attention to detail and understanding of the real estate market.
Why I Work by Referral?
An overwhelming percentage of my business is done by referral. Most agents in my field spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business-activities like: cold calling, door knocking, direct mail, calling on "For Sale By Owners",etc...These activities take time away from servicing their clients.
Working by referral allows me to devote my time and resources into serving the needs of my clients before, during and after each real estate transaction. I understand that if my clients receive a high level of personal service, they are likely to refer me to others looking to buy or sell real estate. So, unlike other agents, I don't need to spend time prospecting for new business because my satisfied clients do the prospecting for me!
