Brant & Michelle Neer are the owners of Welcome Home Realty in Lexington, MO. We had an awesome buying experience. Brant showed us homes in Lexington, MO, Higginsville, MO, Richmond, MO, Warrensburg, MO & Odessa, MO. He was always respectful, professional & an expert in his field. We chose a home in Odessa, MO. There were problems from the beginning with the Seller. He was being unreasonable, to say the least. We didn't think the sale would go through, but Brant took care of every detail & worked out the sale with the Sellers Realtor. We have the home we really wanted & love it here. We would highly recommend Welcome Home Realty. Michelle followed up with us after our purchase & helped us with a few questions we had. We've purchased several homes, but never had such a positive result, as we did with Welcome Home Realty.
