Sold a home in 2013.

We were so fortunate to be referred to Laura Weintraub and Weld Realty from a close friend. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to represent us throughout our very long process buying our first home. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her field, but the professionalism, enthusiasm, care and dedication she has for her work is so apparent upon the first time meeting with her. It took us a year to find our home, and throughout the entire process, Laura was there patiently by our side. When we had doubts about a property we saw, she was never pushy or impatient. Instead, she helped guide us through the process by asking us specific questions that helped us better realize what was most important for us in our first home. She has an incredible work ethic, which made working with her such a pleasure. Whether through emails, phone calls or texts, Laura was always there to help answer our questions. By the time we found our home, my family and I saw Laura not only as our agent, but also as our friend. We highly recommend Laura!!! She is truly a gem!

Maiken Nielsen is great and addresses the most complicated and/or sensitive issues for homesellers with knowledge, insight and grace. She and Sabrina brought all that plus creative ideas about marketing our property to what ended up for us being a painless and easy transaction.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Valley Cottage, NY.

Had a very difficult condo to sell because of the down market and the fact our property was in a complex with literally hundreds of others. Our first agent was unable to get any traction at all and we decided to go in another direction. A friend who had sold his property in Nyack recommended Weld and we gave them a call. Right off the bat we could tell that it was different than other realtors. A very earthy, laid-back vibe, and interesting people. Our realtor, Laura Weintraub, is actually a home designer and builder and she very clearly has a passion for local real estate. Laura and Weld were awesome. They created ads for the property and were always on top of everything. Our condo sold after three months (with two other offers) and we were very happy with the price! If you're thinking of buying or selling in Nyack area -- these guys are the best.

Thank you, Laura Weintraub and Weld Realty, for selling my property when nobody else could. Laura took on a very difficult property that had been sitting on the market for a long time with a different agent. Then, she sold it within 3 months. She is incredible--she knows the market, she knows real estate, and she knows her clients. I have never met a more knowledgeable or easy-going real estate agent, and I feel so lucky to have found her. Laura is good because she works hard and she sincerely loves what she does. Ask her any questions about the local real estate market or specific properties and you will be astounded by the depth and accuracy of her answers. She is really the best resource to have by your side when you're buying or selling a house.

Oh, and she's an accomplished home and landscape designer as an added bonus.

Laura Weintraub is the best of the best. I cannot recommend her enough.

We worked with Weld Realty's Laura Weintraub on the recent purchase of our Nyack home and cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. We looked at several properties with Laura over many months, and she met us with patience, great knowledge of the local real estate market, and a strong understanding of our desires. She was never pushy but always very prompt and responsive. We trusted her, and she gently guided us to the house that would finally become ours. Sabrina Feldman provided exceptional knowledge of the local area where my home was sold and had a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the entire process. Her intuitive judgememnt and expertise was right on target for timing, pricing and every required detail for an expeditious sale. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $750K in Monsey, NY.

Choosing the right real estate is always important, but in challenging markets it is critical. Sabrina Feldman and Weld Realty accomplished for us what other agents could not when we sold our home. Sabrina understands the market both from the seller's and buyer's perspective. In the Chestnut Ridge area where our house was located she knows who is looking for a house, what they are looking for, and most importantly how to show your house so that it meets the criteria of the buyers.

In a weak market most agents will simply pressure you to slash your asking price to sell your house. That's what the other real estate agents we talked to did including the other supposed "high end" agent we interviewed. We were selling a high end home with many valuable custom features in a market that was very difficult for our type of property. Every other broker we talked to advised us to slash the price by up to 15% if we wanted to sell. Sabrina brought two solid offers near our asking price. The house sold quickly and smoothly with everyone satisfied, except the people whose bid was unsuccessful.

As a seller, the agent you list with is supposed to be representing your interests. The vast majority of agents put their own interests ahead of their clients. They are interested in a quick, easy sale, at any price and earning their commission check. Sabrina is different. She took the time to understand the property, prepared the property to show, came up with a detailed and sophisticated marketing approach, did her homework on researching the potential buyers in the market who would be interested and produced the results a high quality professional should.

Boom and bust real estate markets come and go, but for the buyers and sellers every purchase or sale is a critical life decision. Whether you are a buyer or a seller you should only deal with a real estate agent who has the skill and professionalism to market and represent your home properly, who makes your interests a top priority, and treats every transaction with the individualized attention it needs to be a success for all parties. If you are buying or selling in Rockland County, you cannot do better than Sabrina Feldman.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Spring Valley, NY.

Sabrina Feldman of Weld Realty was our agent for our recent home sale. She new the area, saw to it that our home was appropriatly advertised, and pictured on Websites. We had a fairly steady stream of prospective buyers looking at the house, and we were in contract for a fair price in about 6 months. She was helpful every step of the way. Other agents had been pessimistic because the schools were poorly rated, but she knew the area and the alternatives, and was able to present the house in the best possible light. When it came to negotiatons, she actually was able to get the buyers to agree to pay more than we would have been willing to accept.
