Have not closed yet however Jonathan is very professional and goes out of his way to answer all of your questions in a timely and accurate fashion. Joanthan is a credit to the morgage industry and I would have no reservations about recommending him to anyone searching for a mortage, whether it be an initial or a refinance.

I immedietely received quotes from several different lenders. They were all over the charts! I appreciate you answering my email quickly and helping me understand JUMBO rates. I would not feel comfortable allowing myself to work with a lender or broker from a company I am not familiar with.

Wells Fargo is an extremely reputible company and I feel comfortable working with Jonathon.

Once I get a contract on the home(s) that I am looking at, I will proceed with Wells Fargo.

I will go with Jonathon because he gave me exactly what I asked for and did not waste my time. He is professional and a southern gentlemen.

Most of the lenders did not even quote me what I was asking for!!!!

Very Fast Response, the quote you gave me is very attractive, In addition, Wells Fargo is a very reputable company.

I have had a Wells Fargo Mortgage in the past and have no complaints.

Thank you for your very fast response, and for taking the time to explain how FHA works. I'm happy that you explained how discount and origination points works. Everyone throws around those terms, but never explains it.

I bank with Wells Fargo and would be very comfortable working with you Johnathan.

I had the best conversation with Mr. Yokely with Wells Fargo- he is a true professional ! This is my second time to put an inquiry on Zillow, and the first time was not as nice. The lender I spoke with mislead me by quoting a rate on zillow but not disclosing the origination fee. This broker's offer looked good on Zillow, but when I got the GFE it was filled with junk fees and points not disclosed on Zillow... I will close my loan with Mr. Yokely and I will reccomend him to everyone I know. Thank you Mr. Yokely !!!
