Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Belmont, NC.
A truly amazing Realtor! she gets things done FAST!! My husband was getting transferred for his job and we had to sell our home fast. Our relocation company recommended Wendy Eaves. We are so thankful they did. Wendy came in told us what we needed to do and WOW SHE sold our home in 5 days!! In DECEMBER! She is very honest. and made what could have been a very stressful situation Seamless. We hope to be back in Belmont soon and when we do we know exactly who our Realtor is going to be. Showed home in 2012 in Elmores Crossroads, NC 28056.
Wendy is the absolute BEST!!!! She is down to earth, and tells it like it is, which I appreciate! Wendy is a firecracker and gets things done fast. We have been in our new house for about a month and a half and she called today just to see how everything was going. She is easy to communicate with, and she works hard until the job is done. We will definitely recommend her to everyone we know.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Belmont, NC.
She was professional in everything she did and very knowlegeable not only about the area; but also about the houses that we looked at. She did not was our time showing us houses that did not fit our wants/needs. She also provided information on every aspect of our moving experience including advice on a mortgage and insurance representative which was very helpful since were were moving from out of state. She was always ready to help and we never felt that we were a bother when we contacted her. She not only managed to negotiate an excellent deal for the home we purchased; but also got in contact with a broker in the state we previously lived in so that we made a quick and profitable sale. She is straight forward and tries very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. I would highly recommend her if you are wanting to buy or sell a home or property.
