Hi there!  Thank you so much for taking the time to getting to know me.  I am passionate about people and love that I get the chance to help you with one of the most important and exciting times of your life...finding just the right home!

I take pride in the relationships that I build with my clients and that really puts me a cut above the rest in the real estate industry. I truly love helping buyers and sellers find the right fit for whatever they are looking for, buying or selling a home. A real estate transaction doesn't have to be stressful, and it is my number one priority to make the process for you and your family as smooth and efficient as possible. My relationships start as soon as I talk to you and you will find that I will make the whole process exciting and successful right from the get-go.

I am a mother of  3 great kids, a wife of 19 years, and a Colorado native. I truly feel blessed to have lived my whole life here in the beautiful state of Colorado and also to be able to raise my family here. I have always had a passion for people and making new friends has always come natural. I have built a successful home business while being a stay at home mom and really value having the networking and multitasking skills to juggle both roles successfully. That networking helps in my real estate business because I can always run into someone that I know and talk about what is going on in the neighborhood. Theirs or mine. I feel that my keen sense of community in such a great place puts me in a perfect spot to help you find just what you are looking for in buying or selling a home. My experience in the area is unmatchable.

I have some tips that can really bump up the curb appeal if you are looking to sell:

* Exterior improvements should be in keeping with the scale and proportion of your house and fit in with the neighborhood. So as lovely as a formal colonnade might look on the front of your home, it may seem over the top when viewed in context with the simple, more conservative neighbor next door.

* When choosing exterior paint colors, it's best to match the theme and feel of your neighborhood. If soft neutrals are the norm, try a color that compliments the area that you live in and personalize it with accents that best suit you. Contrast that with a more saturated accent color for shutters and doors, and a lighter one for windows and trim.

* Make sure that you have some nice trees and bushes that are well kept and beautiful in your front yard.  If you have a mature tree or two, don't opt to cut it down, hire an arborist to trim it instead. Eighty-three percent of Realtors say that mature trees enhance the value of a home.  Also make sure that your landscape is eye catching year round. Choose a mix of plants and bushes to provide four seasons of interest.  Spring and summer flowers, bright fall foliage, and colorful berries in the winter.

* Lastly, remember the front of your home is the 1st impression you will make.  New house numbers, a special light fixture, and potted plants are inexpensive and go a long way toward dressing up an entry.  You want to make your home feel welcoming every time.
