Sold a home in 2012.
We've done business with Wendy as our realtor through the course of (5) separate real estate transactions, both on the buy and sell sides. Our reliance upon her was particularly heavy based on our being investors geographically far removed from the area we bought in. She helped us to understand everything about the market we were entering, and she did so completely and objectively. Once we bought three investment properties, she and her partner, Richard Duddy seamlessly kept every property rented at full market rate, and without lapse of income. When we wanted to sell, she exhaustively reviewed all of the stratgeic options and helped us to navigate through some exceptionally difficult market conditions, ultimately to a positive conclusion, most especially though, helping squeeze out every dollar that could be squeezed. Wendy and Richard masters at what they do, which comes from years of hard work and experiences that cannot be taught.

Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2011 for approximately $1.125M in Aspen, CO.
Working with Wendy has been a pleasant experience. I will, and do recomend her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell. She has vast local knowledge about the current market. She has lots of experience and she always does what she says she will do in a timely manner. I have enjoyed working with her and will continue to do so.

Bought a home in 2008.
