We had less than a month to find a new home and she not only made us a priority, but also met during my lunch hour to show me just one home at a time - I don't know of too many people who would be willing to do that! Wendy also helped us understand the differences between the neighborhoods we were shopping as well as how to navigate the incredibly competitive bidding process currently underway in the Denver area. What's more, is she responded to every phone call if not immediately, within the hour - even at night and on the weekends. Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $525K in Highlands Ranch, CO.

Wendy was available day and night as well as weekends --any time we wanted to schedule showings or had questions, she was there for us!!! Her knowledge of the local housing market and her professional connections made it possible for us to get top dollar for our previous home and get into our dream home within 4 weeks. Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Conservatory, Aurora, CO.

Wendy was fantastic. She was very attentive to my needs in terms of what I was looking for in my house. She was able to see through deceptive pictures on the internet and determine the best houses to show me.
