Very professional, knowledge as a realtor.she treated me like family and she will do anything to help sell your house at top market price. She sold my house in less than a month in Aurora while I lived in San Antonio. I profited over 40K in just over 2 years of owning. She Is very caring. honest and trust-worrhy. She will take the guess work and headache from you. I would strongly recommended her to anyone that wants to sell their house fast at top market price. She have a ton of resources and she knows investors that would moved quickly to buy. Oh believe me , she got everything for this business.

Wendy was a ton of help and work around a very complicated work/ life schedule that my wife and I placed upon her, coming out nights and weekend was no problem for her. Wendy is not one of those agents that is quick to throw you in a house just to get her commission, she haves your best interest in mind even when you don't! as we all know home buying can be stressful at you can hit a point where you like "um.. I'll take it" when you really don't want it she coached through these emotions on numerous occasions.

DO NOT use this agent. I contacted her two weeks prior to flying my mother out to look at homes. She stood us up on our appointment and left my nmother and I high and dry. That day she demanded proof of monies ie: bank statements etc. i would not reccomend this agent to anyone. I called another local and he came out the same day w/o any requirements, as most agents work.

I'm sorry you feel that way.I did not demand copies of your financials.Needed pre-approval.You stated you had cash & as part of my process, I need to be sure that you are qualified. You had 2 weeks to get the paperwork to me. I asked for a letter from your bank stating you had funds for price wanted to look. Did not ask for anything personal. Today's market is tight & homes move fast. Your Mom was to be here for only 2 days. Needed to be prepared. Had u been serious u would have had docs ready. Buyer & agent act as a team. You did not do your part. Savvy buyers are prequaled prior to shopping. It strengthens negotiating position when they make offer.Sellers sell to preapproved buyer. Why would they take offer from unqulified buyer? Prequal helps determine price u can afford before you start looking. Out of respect for both our time, we need this up front. Hope you understand. Wendy was awesome. She showed us houses all over the city, no place was too far. She worked with us on figuring out what we wanted, then when we found that house that we loved she did everything in her power to get us the best price and everything else that we wanted. She took great care in explaining to me whatever I didn't understand to make sure I knew what was going on. I love her and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting a house.

Wendy is amazing, she is persoable, trustworthy and down to earth, i have never meet an agent so devoted to her clients, she took me from castle rock to commerce city to aurora and littleton, she never once complaied our rushed me.Her goal is not to make money but make sure you find a home, i have and will continue to recomend her to all of my friends and family, shes the perfect agent.

I sent Wendy a request to view a few homes and this is what she replied, "Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry, I will not be able to work with you unless we have an agreement and you would like to pay me a flat fee of $2000.00. My time is worth approximately $100.00 an hour and I believe it would take me a minimum of 20 hours to complete a transaction for you from beginning to end." How would you rate this realtor after talking to her once? Spoke to her once and met with her (face-to-face) one time.

I'm sorry that you feel this way. I work with all of my clients based on a mutual respect. Also, please note that you wanted me to show you the houses and have another agent write the offer and get paid for my work. Please disclose the full story and not just excerpts.
