Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, especially when it comes to dealing with short sales. This makes sense, as his primary occupation is in listing short sales. He definitely knows the ins and outs of the process and will deliver what he promises, often to the surprise of other parties. I.d happily recommend him to friends.

Great agent. Very patient and helpful from start to finish.
Definitely gives an honest opinion and does not beat around the bush.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
BTW, his assistant Rosie deserves some kudos too for making the whole precess very easy.

Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
I short sold my home in June of 2010 with this team of experts. There were times when I wanted to throw in the towel...And they assured me and kept me on track to follow it through. Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $225k in Spring Valley, CA.Summary:
Kyle did what I didn't think was possible. Negotiated with several banks to perform a short sale on my home. He took care of all the dirty work, and explained everything to me as we went along. Basically I just signed papers and he even made that easy with digital document signing. I continue to recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with a short sale, or wants to find a good deal on a home.

Kyle not only found a home for us, he found one that was bigger, in a better area, and had a garage! We did not think our budget would allow us to get into a 3 bedroom, but Kyle was persistant and we found the home of our dreams! Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
I worked directly with Kyle and his crew for close to two years as they aided me in performing a short sale on my home of 10 years. Kyle educated me on what my options were to avoid foreclosure and we decided that a short sale was best for me. Kyle and his team guided me through the process from start to finish. They were very thorough and efficient, but most of all they kept me informed the whole way so that I did not feel forgotten. I recommend them to you with no reluctance.
