Bought a home in 2012.

Whit was a pleasure to work with. I saw multiple properties, and each time he was able to pinpoint more and more what I was looking for. He was able to decipher what I needed as far as neighborhood, HOA, and overall feel of a condo without my even having to tell him. And he did it all with a smile and good jokes. Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Atlanta, GA.

I worked with Whit for nearly 4 months and he helped find me the Townhouse I had been looking all over for. Before Whit and I started working together, I had spent a year on my own, while working on and off with a few other agents- but to no avail!

Whit sent me listings almost daily and walked WITH me through each unit- pointing out the obvious, and not so obvious. Whit knows Atlanta, and where each of his clients want and do NOT want to live.

Whit's honesty is one of his best characteristics. When it comes to buying or selling a home, honesty is a brutal truth that Whit shares with you day one. He steered me away from antsy decisions until the timing was right to settle on the town-home I'm living in today.
