Summary:

Kat was incredibly responsive, thorough, and patient during the entire loan process. She has a particular knack for being detail oriented, catching omissions and discrepancies in my submitted paperwork which others have missed. This attention to detail helped later on when the very picky lenders reviewed my paperwork. I rarely had to wait more than a few hours for kat to respond to my numerous follow up questions. Summary:

I think 5 stars are not enough to score Kat's performance!! I would put 10 stars or more if I could. Kat made my refinancing experience truly enjoyable and stress-less because she was constantly on top of things around the clock (like literally). She tried very hard making sure so I will spend least amount of money during the process which I am very thankful about. We communicated remotely through the whole refinancing process by email, but her response was so immediate that I felt like she was sitting right next to me. When I had questions even late at night, she always got me answers very early in the morning next day and made sure to follow through all of my questions. My case was pretty difficult since I had some issues with my employer and appraiser, but Kat did not give up and made a miracle happen at the end. I don't think my loan would have gone through if it was not Kat. I'm very thankful for her effort and professionalism, and would love to work with her again. I had such a good experience working with Kat, so I would definitely recommend her for your broker!!…More Less
