I love being a Realtor! It allows me to meet new people and use the skills that I have as a former teacher and a market researcher to effectively market my clients'''''''' homes. One of the most important aspects of my job is to provide you with the information that you need to make informed decisions about home selling and buying. Communication is key.
Sellers: I enjoy the challenge of effectively marketing your home to sell it for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. My seven-step marketing plan will successfully sell your home. I will remain in constant communication with you.
Buyers: Helping you find the right home for your family is very important to me! Helping you find a house that makes you feel that you are home is a one of the most fulfilling aspects of my job.
First-time Home Buyers: Buying a home for the first time can be daunting. I take the time to make sure that you are knowledgeable and comfortable with every aspect of the home buying process. I have resources to help make the process of obtaining a mortgage loan, getting a professional inspection and closing on your first home as simple as possible.
On a personal level, in addition to being a real estate agent I am also a wife and mom. I live in Fishers with my husband, Mark, a general dentist, and our three children who are 12, 10 and 8. We are an active family! We have two soccer players, two swimmers, and three piano players. I volunteer at the children''''''''s school and with Southeastern Swim Club and our neighborhood swim team. I also enjoy serving at the Come to Me food pantry at our church, Fishers United Methodist.
I''''''''m happy to help you with all of your real estate needs!
