Are there as many listings on Trulia as on Zillow.
Answer
I can't speak for Trulia, but Zillow has 4+ million homes for sale and 160,000+ homes and apartments for rent. We also have a lot of listings you will not find anywhere else: 155,000 + Make Me Move listings, and for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) properties. But, Zillow is much more than listings. We are a database of more than 100 million homes--that's nearly every home in the country. This living database of all homes, not just homes for sale, makes Zillow a great resource to learn more about real estate---whether you're buying, selling, renting, currently own a home, or are just searching around for fun.We are always looking for ways to improve the usability of our site and value user feedback. If you have any specific suggestions, please message me anytime.

Zillow, where do you rank on a scale of 1 to 10 in real estate sites?
Answer
Hi- Whitney from Zillow. Here's a link to our site stats and traffic. In July, 11.7 million visitors came to Zillow, up 35 percent from a year earlier. I've also included a link to the recent Yahoo! partnership announcement blog post. Starting this fall, Zillow will exclusively sell advertising to real estate agents and brokers on Yahoo! Real Estate and Zillow will supply its 4 million for-sale listings, as well as Zestimate home values, to Yahoo! Real Estate, creating a convenient one-stop advertising solution that brings together the second-and third-largest real estate websites.
Do yu think the market price has hit bottom in Florida yet?
Answer
Stan Humphries, chief economist at Zillow, believes that Florida will take longer to recover from the real estate recession than other states hit similarly hard by the crash. Why? Florida is still seeing monthly depreciation rates and foreclosures are not being processed very quickly. Here are two recent articles that summarize what's happening to Florida home values. http://blogs.palmbeachpost.com/realtime/2010/06/04/floridas-recovery-will-lag-nation/http://www2.tbo.com/content/2010/jun/05/bz-floridas-housing-slump-is-years-from-recovery/news-realestate/
