Helped me rent a Condo home in Narragansett, RI.
Will was more of a help to me than I could ever imagine. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but in tune with his client's needs, respectful and truly caring. Will is easy to talk to and he was always there for me through this process, no matter what I needed or wanted. I am so happy in my new home and I can thank only him for making it happen. I have and will continue to recommend Will to anyone that needs a truly exceptional agent. Thanks Will for everything!

Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I strongly recommend Will Litvin, especially for first time home buyers. He is well knowledged in all types of sales, and was able to educate us on what each type of sale would entail so we could make our decision on what process we wanted to go through. He was also extremely helpful during the inspection and negotiation processes. He really cared about making sure we got everything taken care of and went to bat for us on may occasions throughout the negotiation process. He was generous to share with us his past experiences and made sure to be present for every inspection and appointment. He also made himself available to talk or meet with us whenever we needed and helped to make the whole process a pleasant one. If we ever buy another home he will be our realtor of choice!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in South Kingstown, RI.
I had a great experience with Will Litvin to say the least. He is extremely knowledgeable with the current market and homes in the area.
Will is dedicated and responsible I can count on him like a brother he had my back the whole time. He ensured me that we would get my house sold in weeks not months. Well he blew it out of the water and sold my house in one single week!!!!!! I got a great price for my home and I was able to sit back and relax knowing he was on top of everything from start to finish. I was so impressed with his knowledge and skills I would recommend him to anyone. He is a real people person that gets it and he is a young motivated go getter. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Narragansett, RI.
Will has a realistic understanding of the market and helped us price our home to sell. It sold above asking price in four days. Our experience with Will was exceptional. He was in constant communication with us every step of the way, including arranging for services required as a result of the home inspection. We would not hesitate to work with Will again.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Narragansett, RI.
My husband and I have used Will for multiple home purchases and he has also helped us rent one of our homes. My husband works long hours and I am busy taking care of two small children and Will goes above and beyond to make these easy processes for us. Without Will's help, guidance and knowledge we would not be living in the perfect house for our family, we would not have been able to purchase a fantastic rental property and we would definitely not have found the ideal tennants to live in it! I cant say enough about Will's knowledge and expertise and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $300K in South Kingstown, RI.
Will showed a high degree of professionalism and patience while I was in the process of buying my first home in 2005. He was extremely effecient, friendly and proactive during the whole process and kept me well informed on new opportunities as they presented themselves. Will listened carefully to my concerns and requests and was always available to answer any questions I had. I enjoyed working with him and look forward to working with him again in the future.
