Bought a Condo home in 2008 in Prospect, KY.
Will helped me buy my first home. Needless to say I was extremely nervous and had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. He listened to what i wanted and was able to find the perfect home for me. Will helped guide me through each step of the process and kept me calm and collected during negotiations. I could not give Will a higher recommendation after my buying experience and I feel lucky that I had him to help me through my buying experience.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Louisville, KY.
I bought and sold my first home using Will. He helped not only with the selection of my home but was invaluable when I listed my property after moving out of state. He assisted me in situations that I was not able to do myself having left the area. Knowledgeable and trustworthy there is not another person I would use should I end up looking for a home in Louisville.
