Like I said, if you were to wait 3 years to bottom out and purchase a house then, that is 3 years of your life spending countless nights in your small apartment full of noisy neighbors. Factor that in, and you will get something that money can not buy everything. It may be wiser to pay more for 3 years and OWN a house rather than to deal with the stress for 3 years. Because in those 3 years, you can have lovely memories with your loved ones in your very own home. You can't get that by spending your time in an apartment feeding your landlord's paycheck every month. Do you wish to have 3 years of memory of spending in your cramped apartment with your loved one? Or would you be wanting to have 3 years of beautiful and loving memory with your loved one in your very own sweet home?

Good agents are hard to come by. There are a lot of sharks out there who just came into the biz for quick cash during the boom. When you go search for agents, first thing you should ask them is how long they been working in the field. It is important that you stay away from a part time real estate agents, most do not know a single thing about integrity. It takes years of experience to build integrity.

A good view is everything to a house. You can have a lakefront but your view may still suck. Try watching a cockroach infested lake every day. You will see what I mean.But a good overview of the lake is definitely a sight to behold!
