Shane is very business-minded, but also very personable. He worked very hard to find the right buyer for my home and was diligent in getting the sale completed urgently and efficiently. He worked with me and with the buyer to make sure everything went smoothly. He has a great rapport with people. He is knowledgeable of his trade. I highly recommend him!

Shane did a fantastic job, his entire staff did. He is very professional and down to earth. There was a couple of houses that me and my wife were highly considering until during the walkthrough he pointed out some faults that the normal person wouldn't catch, that ended up saving us thousands of dollars and alot of time. He always answered his phone, I'm talking every single time I called he answered. It was a pleasure to have him as our realtor and look forward to using him again in the future. He made buying a home very easy, we were first time buyers and had worries of how difficult the process would be. One last thing, he fights for you. Showed passion when negotiating, even on things that I didn't think were that big of a deal, he did because it effected me, not him.

Shane was a great help to me recently in the purchase of my active duty military son's new home. I had found the house for sale and Shane showed it to me. I relayed the information to my son who was out of state and preparing to go to Afghanistan.
He liked the house and decided to make an offer, which was accepted. All of this without laying eyes on the house, except pictures!
Shane was available for questions, help and all sorts of issues which arose because I had to get a POA from my son in order to "take his place" in the whole process.
We had our ups and downs but it all worked out, with Shane helping us to find a great lender who also worked hard on my son's behalf.
I truly felt that Shane Willard was our advocate in this process and I don't think it would have been accomplished without his skill and knowledge.
Thank you, Shane!

I contacted Shane Willard after finding my house on an internet search. I spent a month of frustration with USAA trying to secure a home loan. Most of the confusion was because USAA has no idea how to deal with members of the Air National Guard when applying for a VA loan. Anyway, Shane recommended a local finance company that he knew well and trusted. They came through for me and I now own my home. Shane was always good to answer the phone or immediately call me back. Even on the nights and weekends. He was also very helpful to my mother who had to sign for the house at closing since I am deployed to Afghanistan. I would recommend Shane and his company to my friends and relatives. I would use Shane again for a sale or purchase. Thanks for the help Shane!!

Shane went out of his way to sell our house. We had moved out of state and he had to do a lot of coordination that I don't think is normal to get the house in inspection order. The house sold quickly in a market in a depressed economy. I would highly recommend Shane and his team. Awesome job.

Shane's responsiveness was second to none. We negotiated the sell of my property on Memorial Weekend & he didn't hesitate to do what it took to seal the deal. His attention to every detail made for a smooth transaction from listing to closing of my property.

Shane is a great realtor! Not only is he friendly, but willing to go the extra mile to take care of you. We had Shane as our realtor for buying the house we are in now, and that went great. Then he sold our previous house for us. He helped us sell our house fast...he came over gave us a few suggestions and we had a signed contract in 3 days, a contract that we were very happy with! If you are looking for someone who will care for you throughout the whole buying or selling process, Shane is your realtor. Thanks Shane!

We just sold a house with Shane. We had been trying to sell this house for over four years and it wasn't until Shane came along that we were able to sell in less than three months! Shane was awesome to work with! We had some major repairs to do and Shane was very knowledgeable with local contractors and since we live three hours away he was more than willing to meet with these people, get them in touch with us for quotes, etc. He made sure that things were taken care of and that we were on the right track. Shane was excellent at keeping us informed of what was going on. He was always pleasant and positive which made all the difference! We highly recommend Shane and his team at Century 21.
