We had such a positive experience with Gary & Patti when we moved to Salem from the Portland area. They were great at fitting in times that worked for us and were gracious as we brought our children along to view some of the homes. I think what stands out the most for me was how caring Patti was throughout the process as we worked mostly with her in viewing homes. We saw quite a few homes, which were what we had asked for, and she, as others have pointed out, was honest about pointing out the good and bad. When it came to closing, we had a few issues due to improperly filled out paperwork by the mortgage broker (nothing that the Williamsons did!) and it was horrible and stressful to go through the next few weeks trying to make corrections and get it fixed. Patti was empathetic and went above and beyond to help straighten out the mess. She got us on with another mortgage broker who was able to save the deal in record time and here we are a year and a half later... we couldn't be happier with our home. I also couldn't have asked for a better team to help us get to where we are. Their professionalism and caring extends beyond the sale as well, which is a rare find.

Gary was very knowledgable when it came to the areas we were looking to buy and all aspects of the home buying process. Gary was always quick to respond to emails and calls and gave us the feeling that he was as eager to find us our perfect homr as we were. What we appreciated most about working with Gary and Patti was their honesty. We felt like they were always open and honest with us when it came to every house we saw- the good and the bad. We truely felt that they always had our best interest at heart. We would recommend Gary and Patti to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We were so blessed to have worked with them!

Don't look anywhere else. Patti and Gary know how to sell a house, from the beginning to end they made every aspect easy and simple. They continually told us it was OUR happiness they were concerned with and they made sure every decision was passed by us, and offered timely advice for the more difficult decisions.
