Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Roswell, GA.
The best thing I can say about Winter is that after the whole purchase process ended my Wife and I never fail to recommend her to our friends and family.
She provided an outstanding service to us when we decided to purchase a new place; from helping filter out the 100’s of houses we selected to patiently opening the door to the other 100 left on our list. Winter made the whole process very easy for us, managed each step in a very organized manner and was very responsive to our last minute requests regarding new houses coming onto the market that we wanted to see. Winter was my buyer's agent for my first home purchase. I contacted her after I had reviewed her ratings on the internet. I highly recommend her because she was an outstanding agent for me. The purchasing process was exciting with minimum stress due to her expertise. Whenever I requested a tour of a specific house or change of a contract, she immediately responded and arranged the tasks. She alarmed me if she had concerns, which was very helpful for my decision. She provided very well organized documents each step and answered all my questions and concerns. She was with me for my home inspection, walk-through process, and closing, and inspected every detail as if she had been a buyer herself. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Atlanta, GA.
I couldn't be more happy with Winter and have already recommended her to others. She sold my house at an above market price for more than other agents were willing to list. We had a buyer within a week! Her response time is instantaneous and her recommendations for staging the house and photography are better and more cost-effective than anything I have seen (this is my 3rd house sold).
Despite all of this, the key reason I chose her was her market research, which was a much deeper analysis than the other agents I interviewed. She accounted for a lot more factors and had a broader and more thorough marketing plan.…More Less
