I just finished the home buying process with Winter as my buyer's agent and I couldn't be happier with the job she did. I was a bit of a tough customer, as I was picky about what I wanted, I work a crazy schedule, and my wife and I had no babysitter to watch the kids when we went out to view homes. In the face of all these challenges, Winter never ceased to be completely understanding and accomodating to our needs during the process. It really impressed me. I was also impressed by the online resources she equipped us with to aid in our search. She has access to highly customizable mls database searches that we had a great time browsing with. It took some of the headache away from searching the websites filled with outdated listings (no offense zillow). And even though Winter is very much a new-school realtor, she is very much an old-school business person who understands that sales are about earning business with integrity. Unlike the other realtors we worked with, Winter did exactly what she said she would do at every turn, and never once made us feel like we were just another sale. She is a genuinely nice person who worked hard for us, then fought tooth and nail for us when it was time to negotiate. If you're looking for somebody who is better than the rest of the pack at what she does, and will be your advocate in this nauseating process, then Winter is definitely the realtor for you.…More Less

Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
INSTANT EQUITY as a first time investor!! And I
couldn’t be more happy about it!!! Winter is the BEST, and because she is SO
AMAZING at finding great deals and even properties NOT LISTED ON THE MLS, she
is highly sought out by all types of buyers in all price points. If you’re
lucky enough to have her on your side, you’ll be singing her praises to
everyone you meet. I’ve been in sales my ENTIRE life and I’ve never
seen anything like her authenticity, communication, negotiation skills and ability
to find homes for sale that other agents couldn’t offer me. She even
backs up her services with a guarantee. Have you seen any other agent do this??
Winter constantly exceeded my expectations with her knowledge, professionalism
and ability to get me instant equity. I’m blessed that she was on my side
for my first purchase, but I can assure you, it will not be my last. I will never use anyone but her ever

Winter is an exceptional realtor. She is a "go-getter" and very proactive and responsive! I would recommend her to family & friends and she will definitely be my go-to realtor as long as I am in Atlanta. I am very particular and she helped me get the home I want, with all my "wish list" items, within my price range. She also helped me rent my condo very quickly and at the exact asking price. She is very thorough and what probably differentiates her from most realtors is her attention to the financial details of real estate.
