Hans Wydler is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with, in my years of buying and selling homes in the Washington area. About a year ago a friend (former realtor) recommended Hans Wydler to me, as she was so impressed with his successful track record of selling homes, to include hers .
From our first meeting during which Hans pledged to me that his team was there to serve me, and they were, to the day my house settled, I can honestly say that Hans and his team were first rate, never let me down, and not only went the extra yard but went the extra mile. Through Han’s direction, his team helped me stage my home. His knowledge of the market was spot on and reflected in the selling price he recommended. The networking he utilized to advertise my home was incredible and produced 26 lookers in the first 2 days. His entire staff of specialists was knowledgeable and first rate. They never dropped the ball, they were always there for me and made me feel like my house was the only one they were selling. My house sold in 3 months and was attributable to Han’s advertising network and his negotiations skills. I highly recommend the Wydler Brothers. Is there anyone else?
