One of my clients attempted to review me on Zillow and when she tried to do the review through the provided the link it said that agents cannot review other agents. She is not an agent but works in the same office building as me in a complex, does this have something to do with why she is unable to review me?
There is no need for a Lawyer to get involved. You should talk directly with your Primary Mortgage Holder and tell them that you would like to do a Loan mod. ask for all detailed paper work. They should send it to you. As long as you have a valid hardship then it should be fairly smooth, but you must keep in constant contact with the Mortgage Lender, communication is key. If/ when your second gets a hold of you tell them that you are doing a loan Mod.

How many months have you been a renter? You should at least request your deposit back. I would get legal aid in a tenant ( apartment) laws. If cleaning the carpet has not helped and they are not willing to replace it you might look into them paying your moving expenses. This is a very tough situation, because you are at the mercy of the land lord. I believe they are only obligated to clean the carpet.
