Yar helped me sell a house in Valley Village while I was 3 time zones away. We encountered several issues including a pending law suit against the HOA. From what I learned, it is next to impossible to sell a house under those circumstances. He made it happen. There also was other issues that arose from my previous realtor not doing her job. One particular outstanding effort was when there was one final piece of inspection pending. There were 2 locks in common areas, and nobody, including the HOA had accurate information on. He called the management company, knocked on doors, and stayed in the rain, until 8pm while the worker did this. Early in the process when we only had one offer he held an additional open house, WITHOUT me asking. He just did it to help keep the place on people's radar. I hate to say it, but this is an industry littered with shady people that are not really there to help you. Yar went above and beyond and that is the only reason I was able to sell my place. I only wish he could help me buy a place in DC. THANKS YAR!!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.0M in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA.

Yar was the listing broker on the sale of a single family residence being sold through short sale. Anyone who has dealt with banks on short sales recently will tell you that it is THE most frustrating processes in real estate sales today. For monhts unend Yar showed the highest degree of knowledge, professionalism, expertise, reponsiveness and above all patience in dealing wih all aspects of the transaction which often required dealing with some of least competent and inflexible people in the industry.
