Sounds like they do pretty well as seller's agents, but they were terrible as my agent when I purchased a home in San Diego.
I asked for guidance in helping decide on a bid, and received a blank stare. I asked for help in understanding the shortcomings of the house and got another blank stare. They arranged an inspection which showed no issues with the house, even though I later found that the a/c didn't work, the dishwasher was broken, and there were many holes in the walls that were hidden by pictures or furniture. They did a poor job of negotiating terms for me and advised me to accept the seller's terms at every turn.
Worst of all, when I arrived in town and moved into my house, it was filthy, there were holes in the walls, the wall plates, smoke alarms, window handles, and other fixtures had been taken by the seller, and there was mold growing in the fridge. I couldn't reach them the next morning - they were celebrating their sale with a weekend in Palm Springs.
So generally, from the big stuff (negotiations, identifying issues with the house, helping me come up with a good bid) to the small stuff (making sure I was moving into a house that hadn't been completely trashed, being available to deal with the issues after the sale), they were really bad realtors.

We left you messages & emails to try to make this right. Since this post was left more than 2 years after we think some of the details got confused. We came up with $505K due to the Seller rejected an offer of $500K. The inspector reported the dishwasher leak. We negotiated a credit of $650.00 which you received. The home never came with a/c which you were aware of prior writing an offer & stated in seller’s disclosures, MLS and home inspection. The frustration was that the sellers covered approx. 1/2 of the walls of a bedroom with framed movie posters which hid some holes in the walls. Unfortunately, the home inspector, nor the VA appraiser, nor agents discovered these holes. Since you waived your final walk-thru, we were not aware of this until you took possession. That was very frustrating. We paid a handyman who repaired the damage to ensure you were happy. Yes, we did go to P.S. for R.E. continuing education. We did enjoy helping you and thank you for allowing us to help.
