Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Johnstown, PA.
Tim and Shannan are a great team of realtors! Both are extremely friendly and patient throughout the buying and selling process. They are both willing to answer any and all questions, and offer quality advice in an often confusing process. My wife and I appreciate all of their guidance! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sold a home in 2012.
Tim and Shannon were extremely helpful in the buying of our new home and the selling of our old home. Tim was always available to show homes to us and Shannon was always able to answer any question we had. They are very competent professionals, giving us great advice in all aspects of pricing, selling and buying. Tim and Shannon are also caring people who understand the importance of a home.

Shannan sold us our first house 5 years ago.And now she and Tim sold our home and found us our new home! They are great people.would highly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Shannan and Tim because they are well known in our area. They were very responsive to our request for their assistance in selling our home. They understand the market and the process. They explained everything that would be involved and it was a pleasure to work with them. We were able to sell our home faster than we expected and I'm convinced that the Louders' knowledge of the business made us successful.

A very profession attitude along with a very pleasant person to talk to. Listens to your concerns and does what you ask. She has a take charge way about her. Goes above and beyond expectations.
In all, Shannon in many ways becomes part of the family. A wonderful muti-tasker.
A very understanding husband and a great family gives her the support she needs which is as important as anything else.
We Thank Shannon as well as the Louder family for giving up their mommy-time and wife -time so she could accomplish the goal.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Windber, PA.
Shannan was great. Our family was relocating to another state and was hoping to sell our home pretty quickly. Even with the housing market not at its best at the time, Shannan got our home sold even faster than expected and for a great price. We also contacted Shannan for some advice on the purchase of our home in S Carolina and she took the time to give us as much information that she could. We would definitely recommend using Shannan for any of your realtor needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $75K in Windber, PA.
I was so hesitate to hire a real estate agent to sell my parents estate. It had been sitting empty for over three years. It had been our home for over 40 years, so it was something that I knew was not going to be an easy experience. My sister was combing through lists of local real estate companies and agents, when she called me to say she liked the reviews of a local agent named Shannan Louder. I called the next day and found Shannan to be very down to earth and instantly easy to talk to. She and her husband Tim worked very well together from day one. Always keeping me informed of the situation with my listing, making sure I always received feedback from other agents and prospective buyers, and always returning my calls and emails very promptly. They were always well organized and professional, and never once did they make me feel rushed or pressured. Truly two of the most helpful individuals you will find. After showing the house for three years myself, it finally sold after Shannan and Tim had it listed for only 4-5 months. I'm so glad I called them! Thanks Shannan and Tim.
