What we loved about Yoana was she was truthful, honest and sincere; very rare qualities unfortunately in the world we live in today. When Yoana said she would do something she did it right away and when we felt nervous she put us at ease. Yoana would always be there to take our call and made us feel very comfortable and informed of what was going on - buying a house is stressful but we didn't feel that pressure.
