I was referred to Yogen through a friend and was happy to see good reviews to back that up. When I met him and throughout the entire process, he lived up to the hype. Not only will I use Yogen on my next deal, I've already referred him to 2 friends of mine that gave me glowing reports as well.

Yogen does not disappoint. He helped me become a first time home buyer in a great area of Los Angeles (West Hollywood). I told him my budget, my goals, my preferences, and he helped me find the house of my dreams. He was there from start to finish. I'd highly recommend him

Yogen helped me secure a multi year lease for my business in a very prime location. We got a great deal on the rent and he got the building to redo the entire inside office, putting in expensive glass walls for no extra charge.

Mr. Dhanik is the go to man! He helped me find my beautiful home just over a year ago and I could not thank him more. I've worked with many real estate agents and brokers in the past, but Mr. Dhanik is still at the top of my list. He is very easy to work with -- just tell him what you're looking for and he will find it, guaranteed!
This was my first real big purchase, and to be honest, I was quite afraid to make it happen. But Mr. Dhanik made everything a breeze. He walked my wife and I right through it, step by step. And before I knew it, we had a beautiful home in our hands.
His experience does all the talking. And if you ever have any questions (because we all know the real estate game can be quite tricky!), just ask and he will answer. He taught me so much and saved us a bunch on the sale and I could not be happier! I would highly recommend him, definitely give him a try if you're serious.

Bought a home in 2008.
Bought an amazing house at a killer deal from Yogen a couple of years ago in the West Hollywood Hills - 2118 Beech Knoll Road, LA 90046 for $1.625m, which was worth over $2.1m at the time. The house has actually appreciated despite the economy!!! In addition to the negotiation, he got me a loan when it was impossible to! I recommend him to all of my friends, partners and colleagues!
