Typically "short sale" is not short because of its involvement of multiple parties, such as the bank, owner, agent, and association. Mr. Young's service will certainly make it short. You will stay at a comfortable driving seat with an informative map to guide your decision. In addition, Mr. Young is always available for free post-sale consulting.
