Bought a home in 2002.
Jane is a real gem. She helped me find and buy a house , and has stayed in contact with me, helping me find contractors, giving me advise on my property and I referred her to a fried and she worked with him until he found a wonderful house too. I highly recommend her. I wish I had more money so I could find another property with her, that is how great she is.I would work with her anytime

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Tigard, OR.
Dedication, diligence, duty...
Those are "perhaps" the best three words I know to describe Jane Davies. Jane has my home listed now - as a short sale...details of which I'll mention shortly. I was a Realtor for over 30 years myself and have known Jane for the past 11 years. She was my partner until I retired 3 years ago. She amazed me in those years we worked together with her tireless energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to go beyond the norm in serving our clients.
Jane has the knowledge and dedication you look for in an agent in selling homes in a down market. I've learned as a seller now that a Realtor's workload expands almost exponentially in a down market...because of the fear and uncertainty our current real estate market has forced onto both buyers and sellers.
Jane's intellect and seemingly boundless energy have served me well during this difficult time in trying to sell my home which I had owned for 15 years. I can say honestly that I suffered greatly coming to grips with the fact that the considerable equity in my home was gone.
Jane has confidently led me through the labrynth of forms now required by my bank which took me weeks to prepare. Her considerable experience and perseverance through all this has helped me enormously in keeping my own frustrations and fears under control.
Jane has an uncanny ability to keep a smile on her face and a steady hand in resolving issues. I had renters in my home that left it in a very sad state when they moved in May. I am out of the country, and since then Jane has spent literally hours handling all the problems (totally unrelated to selling my home) we suddenly found needed to be handled. Most Realtors would have simply referred vendors to me and let me handle those issues.
Ask my neighbors if you'd like confirmation of Jane's dedication...they'll gladly tell you how she's been tireless and enthusiastic in getting the problems corrected. Jane simply felt this was the right thing to do.
It's obvious I think highly of Jane - you will too!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $225K in Tigard, OR.
Jane made my entire buying experience flawless. She was there every step of the way in every aspect from browsing at homes to move in day. This was my first purchase and I never had to worry about anything along the way, as her expertise proved itself. Jane took care of me through nerves, excitement and anxiety. I would recommend Jane Davies to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!!
We later made an offer on the house and were hopeful that it would successfully work through all the complexities of a short sale. Unfortunate complications on the owner's side intervened, however, and eventually resulted in removal of the listing. Despite this, Jane always showed a high degree of professionalism and diligence -- even though the particular situation was difficult, we were left with a very good impression of Jane's work.
