Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $400k in Rocklin, CA.Summary:
My wife and I found ourselves right in the midlle of this current U.S. housing market crisis. We purchased two homes that we were unable to afford. Our homes valuses were falling fast to a point of no return, We tried to work with BofA to modify our loan to no avail. Dealing with the bank was a nightmare. The bank indicated that they were going to begin the foreclosure proceedings. We met Bill Boone and Linda Nolan and listed with them to short sale our home. Bill and Linda fought, fought, and fought, tooth and nail for us with the bank and after several buyers backed out due to flaws of our home, finally found a buyer who loved our house. Bill and Linda saved my wife and I from a foreclosure and even a Notice of Default and in the end, short sold our home!! Thanks to Bill and Linda, we have our lives back and will be able to purchase another home sooner than we once thought!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL BOONE AND LINDA NOLAN!!!
