Sold a home in 2013.
We picked Jennifer as our Realtor and she was professional and down to earth through the whole process of us purchasing our first home. She was always available and made herself open so we felt like we were her only customers. We never had a bad moment and our house that we ended up falling in love with we hardly wanted to see at first from the pictures but she assured us that it was what we wanted.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Lancaster, OH.
Jennifer helped us buy our first home. She was so patient with us as we went through the process of buying for the first time. She showed us many, many properties until we could find the right balance between budget & home features. Not only did Jennifer find the right home for us, but she did so before our deadline (we were expecting our 1st child and needed to move before her arrival) and within our budget. She fought hard for us in negotiations and stayed on top of our closing process. I would consider us to be somewhat challenging clients, but we've been in our new house for months and are still extremely happy with the property and our experience with Jenn. We would definitely recommend her and will go back to her when/if we need realtor services again.

Jennifer found the perfect house for me.
The internet provides access to listings. Jennifer provided multiple listings, most I had seen on the internet and was interested in seeing plus a few I hadn't considered. She was extremely patient throughout the search, never rushing or trying to oversell any one house.
In the end, I bought a house Jennifer found for me that I never would have found myself.
