What you need to know about Jeanne Hollingsworth is that you as a buyer are the most important to her.  Most sellers and listing agents are all about the properties, not Jeanne, she is interested in what you, as a buyer want to find.

The listing agent is loyal to the seller, period. In a good negotiation you need a representative on either side to have a fair deal. The buyer needs their own agent who is not related to the sellers broker's company, to be fairly represented.
I am that agent who has your best interests in mind and I only represent you.  I work with one buyer at a time to find you what you are looking for and represent your interests in the transaction.  
I find out all of the information about the property before your offer: property history, permitting, title report, maintenance costs, listing history and neighborhood advice.  In this way, you,  the buyer,  gains marketing information that may be negotiation points at the time of purchase.
The advertising agent, the listing agent is actually the buyers enemy, the one who will be working on the other side of the negotiation for the interests of the seller.  The seller is paying the listing agent who needs to share it with the buyers broker.  It is no surprise that a listing agent would like the control and the income of the whole commission.

   The Buyer's broker is paid by the seller and can share the buyer's broker commission with the buyer.  Why would you want to use anyone else than a representative of your interests only?
For the buyer, this is not only a service they need not pay for, it is an income that can be shared.

      Bought a home in 2012.
      We did not know the San Ynez Valley, and were looking for a second home/investment property in the sun to escape our rainy Seattle Winter/Early Spring.
