William Doom was the first to respond. I appreciated how well he kept me informed and told me what items to not worry about. He was very organized and easy to work with. I was able to upload all the documentation on-line. William responded quickly to my questions either by phone or by email. Closed refinance loan. Bennington, Vancouver, WA

Summary:

William found a way for us to re-finance and take advantage of a lower interest rate without the need of PMI. Out of about 8 lenders that I made contact with, he was the only one who pointed out the HARP II loan that save us the monthly costs of PMI. Thanks William!!!
