William was easy to work with during the whole process. Always responded promptly to phone calls, emails and faxes. Fee's were low and I got the rate that was quoted. I plan on using William for future purchases or refi's.

Everything done via email and fax, except for closing when agent came to our work for signatures. He was unable to lock the 1st quote we got because we dicussed it after 4:00 so we did need to wait for rates to dip again which created some anxiety but in the end the market cooperated. Maybe call him back before you are driving home.

If you need hand holding (or are just new to the mortgage game) then William may not be the lender for you. It may be worth it to pay for the extra service. However, if you are comfortable with the process and want to get the best value i'd highly recommend William.

While I ended up getting a mortgage from another lender closer to my location, William Doom returned my phone calls and emails very promptly and was professional and informative. He was up front about what he could do and what he believed rates would look like in the future and he offered rates that were competitive with other lenders. Based on my communication with Mr. Doom, I'd recommend him as a mortgage broker.

It was a pleasure working with William to refinance our mortgage last month. He was friendly, professional, easy to work with, and had the best rates. He was very helpful in arranging the closing on a Saturday since we were going out of town. Also, a special thanks to his assistant Jessica. She cheerfully answered our many questions and her attention to even the smallest detail was impressive. We will certainly check in with William the next time we need a mortgage!

William is excellent! I chose him because he gave me the best rates and lower fees compared to other quotes I received here on Zillow.
During the entire process William was always on top of everything, answered all my questions and kept me informed on the status of the loan at all times.
In the end William gave me an even better rate than what he originally offered so everything worked out really well for me. I would definetely recommend him to other Zillow users.
