I had originally started walking down the refi path with a bank, but William kept our communication lines open and was able to find a very attractive loan package within my criteria (30 yr fixed, 0 points, under 5%) when the bank deal fell through. Got the appraiser here in about 2 days of locking the loan, and then we waited in the refi queue at the lender. The lender got overwhelmed and ultimately was looking to extend my closing (while charging me money to extend even though it was their process that got slowed down)... William worked with them to extend the loan at their cost. That was a huge win and was the reason the loan actually closed (because I was unwilling to pay for the loan extension). Deal closed. :)

William and his associate Jessica gave me a killer rate and helped me through the process. Due to timing and strict lender guidelines some of the steps were hard and needed help to find solutions on the spot but their help made quite a difference. This has made a this process quite acceptable (I would not have made the lock deadline without it). Thanks!

I received a quote immediately. I went to his website & sent an email requesting him to call me so we could proceed with next steps and have some questions answered. I never received a return email or phone call. I went with another lender.

I am still considering my options. William contacted me immediately. He answered all my question, without speaking down to me. I found his demeanor refreshing in this very in-your-face type of arena. He called me right back. In fact, he shared an option I had not even considered. If I choose to move forward with a refi, William will definitely get my business.
