Just closed my refinance loan with William. His work was very impressive. Prompt responsiveness; being able to provide different options and help compare them. I would definitely recommend him.

I have been working with William for a while now (nearly 2 years), originally with just asking for a pre-approval before touring some houses (I would recommend doing this first before touring!). While my previous offers were not accepted for other reasons, William just help me fund and close a condo this past month. William has been the ideal candidate for providing lending services. William provides a great amount of knowledge without feeling overwhelming or leaving you confused. He follows up when he says he is going to and leaves you alone when he is not needed. He is extremely quick to respond and provide pre-approvals and he has exceeded in providing service in every way possible.
If you are looking for a quality 5 star lender, I would definitely recommend William for working with.

William Doom was the first to respond. I appreciated how well he kept me informed and told me what items to not worry about. He was very organized and easy to work with. I was able to upload all the documentation on-line. William responded quickly to my questions either by phone or by email. Even the closing agent, Susan, remarked on what a great job he had done and actually looked up who the broker was and said "Columbia Mortgage." I highly recommend William.

William found a way for us to re-finance and take advantage of a lower interest rate without the need of PMI. Out of about 8 lenders that I made contact with, he was the only one who pointed out the HARP II loan that save us the monthly costs of PMI. Thanks William!!!

My wife is a realtor, but our normal mortgage broker couldn't match the rates I was offered by Will, so we decided to take a chance. We conducted everything online via email, with a few phone calls intermixed. Will always replied promptly, answered every question thoroughly, and provided the best refinance for the best price of anyone we checked out.
We also had a terrible appraisal done, and Will took the time to assist us with trying to get it fixed. (Which we couldn't because the current appraisal system is broken, in my opinion) But again, throughout the process, Will was always available, and answered emails more promptly than I often expected.
My wife will be referring all future Real Estate clients to Will for assistance with their home loans. That alone should speak to how impressed we were with our experience.

William was wonderful! When my husband and I found ourselves in financial crisis due to personal family issues, Will stuck with us to try and get the right loan that fit our needs. He explained to us in clear, simple terms what we needed to know to fix our problems.
He made us feel like we were his only clients, and that he genuinely cared about our situation. Would highly recommend him...he goes the extra mile!!

While we decided to ultimately go in a different direction with our mortgage, working with William was a positive experience. He responsed to all of our questions promptly and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I would not hesistate to revisit working with him for our next refinance.
