I have been in Real Estate since 2001 after graduating from college with a degree in Sales and Marketing.   I take my career very serious and my clients are the most important thing.  In the era where customer service tends to be lacking I try my best to make sure all my clients feel as they are my only clients.   Sellers will get the best possible internet marketing and exposure.  I feel that photos are the most important thing a agent has to do next to pricing a home to get it to sell.  With that I spend a great deal of time assisting in staging and de-cluttering a home prior to listing and putting the home on the market.  This has given me a 97% list to sell ration with a average under 45 days on the market for this year.   For my buyers I always take the time to get them preapproved and figure out the best programs for them.  I am very educated in the lending process and enjoy finding the right loan programs for them.  Such as a 100% finance USDA rural loan or a 203K Rehab loan for a house that needs repairs or just figuring out if a FHA is better choice than a Conventional.   Once decided on that I will set my buyers up on a custom search so they get NEW LISTINGS AUTOMATICALLY sent to there email as they become listed.  This will prevent you missing out on the listings when they hit the market.    In addition I have a team of 3 other agents that assist in making sure all of our buyers are able to get out and see the listings ASAP. For both buyers and sellers I make it first priority daily to review your contracts so that we make sure closing is smooth as possible and try very hard to never let a deal fall apart and not close.    Referrals and Zillow make up nearly all of my business and I thank my clients and friends for that! 


When I am not selling homes I am also a full time mother of 2 beautiful active little boys who make every day a adventure.  We enjoy the outdoors very much and sporting events from hockey to baseball. My family also enjoys going to our family farm in Deep Creek Maryland to ride horses at there stable Circle R Ranch. We are blessed to all have each other and to have a career that allows me to spend time with my children and still be a full time Realtor. All my clients know up front my children are my world and so are my clients!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Pittsburgh, PA.

Denise was more than helpful through the process of finding my first home! She was able to get me viewing appointments very quickly on the houses I was interested in. She was very cognizant of my price point and the characteristics I wanted in a house. She is very knowledgable in the industry and was able to point out things about homes that I wouldn't have noticed had she not been there. Denise is not only extremely educated in the local real estate field, but she also possesses the ability to calm the nerves and smooth out the rough edges of the stressful buying and selling process. She worked with us closely on finding the right new home for us, plus she offered design input to maximize the "sell-ability" of our previous home (which sold in 2 weeks, by the way).
