Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Greensburg, PA.
We needed to buy a home while managing the showing and sale of our house out-of-state, and adjusting to new jobs and schools. Denise was amazing about making time for us to visit houses with our unpredictable and often "time-crunched" schedules. She helped us look at a variety of neighborhoods, but we felt she was very much tuned into the type of home and area we were seeking. Although our family was under an enormous amount of pressure and stress, with her dedication and expertise we were able purchase our lovely home. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Greensburg, PA.
I found Denise from the Zillow website asking for more information on a particular house. She called me and we scheduled to meet at the house, she was prompt, polite, and we were on the same page as far as style and what I wanted in a house. She went back to the office sent me a dozen property’s to look over and she followed up the next day and we decide to visit the present house which I bought because Denise hit this one out of the park. She told me what to except and what I needed to get done and things went smoothly to closing.

Bought a Vacant Land home in 2012 for approximately $25K in Mount Pleasant, PA.
I worked with Denise Ardisson to purchase a foreclosed home. I currently own several rental properties, and have lots of experience working with realtors and banks. This particular bank was very particular about minute details and requirements. Denise was absolutely wonderful to work with. She put many hours in to resolve the issues with the bank, and kept me informed every step of the way. In my experience, I can say without a doubt, that Denise was the BEST realtor I have ever worked with, and I will certainly call on her again when I purchase my next property. She made a difficult purchase (due to bank requirements) seem easy, and went above and beyond what I expected.
